Why Gandhi Health & Wellness

Expert guidance at every step

Physician-Guided Protocols

EBO2 is offered under the direct oversight of Dr. Kunal P. Gandhi, a board-certified physician with deep experience in complex and chronic cases. Every treatment plan is individualized.

Comprehensive Assessment First

Consultation and individualized assessment are required before therapy begins. We review your history, current therapies, and health goals to determine whether EBO2 is appropriate for you.

Measured Outcomes

Clear goals with symptom tracking and objective markers where appropriate. Treatment schedules are tailored; most patients see three to four visits per year, with specific conditions addressed as needed.

What Is EBO2

EBO2 is an advanced therapy that draws blood out of the body, filters and purifies it, then returns it through a closed circuit. The process removes toxins and cellular waste that the body has difficulty clearing on its own, while stimulating the body’s natural defense, detoxification, and energy systems at the cellular level.

The Three Mechanisms

Mechanism 01 - External Filtration

The filtration step physically captures and removes waste the body struggles to clear on its own (mycotoxins, heavy metals, inactive proteins, and cellular debris) before blood is returned. This reduces the burden placed on the liver and kidneys during detoxification.

Mechanism 02 - Medical Ozonation

Ozone activates the NrF2 pathway, the body’s master regulator of antioxidant and detoxification gene expression, while stimulating mitochondrial function and supporting NAD balance. The result is cellular energy production and an environment less hospitable to pathogens.

Mechanism 03 - Multi-Wavelength UV Light

Different wavelengths serve distinct functions: UV addresses pathogens directly, red light supports mitochondrial function and circulation, and blue light modulates immune activity and reduces inflammatory signaling. Together they layer targeted cellular support into the same session.

Assessment

A thorough review of your health history, current therapies, chronic conditions, and goals. Labs may be ordered to establish baseline markers and confirm candidacy.

Plan

An individualized protocol aligned to your health priorities, whether detoxification, post-viral recovery, inflammation management, or performance. Session frequency is determined at this stage.

Treat

Sessions are conducted in our Boynton Beach clinic under physician oversight. Blood is processed through the EBO2 closed circuit, typically over the course of a single clinic visit.

Monitor

Symptom tracking and objective markers reviewed throughout your plan. Most patients schedule three to four sessions per year; specific conditions may require consecutive weekly visits.

Who It's For

Complex conditions, chronic burden, plateau
EBO2 is a physician-guided treatment approach for patients with complex or chronic health concerns, particularly those who have already optimized diet, exercise, and lifestyle without adequate resolution. Each protocol is built around the individual patient’s case.

Patients commonly explore EBO2 therapy for:

  • Chronic fatigue and post-viral recovery (including Long COVID, EBV, CMV)
  • Brain fog and cognitive fatigue
  • Inflammatory and autoimmune conditions
  • Circulatory and cardiovascular support
  • Mold exposure and environmental toxin burden
  • Lyme disease and tick-borne illness support
  • Recovery and performance optimization
  • Healthy aging and longevity-focused wellness

Candidacy is confirmed through assessment. Consultation and individualized evaluation are required before beginning therapy. Because every patient’s health history and physiology are different, we take the time to understand your case before recommending EBO2 as part of your care plan.

Treatment frequency varies. Most patients are scheduled for three to four visits per year. Cases involving specific conditions such as Epstein-Barr virus or mold toxicity may require three consecutive weekly sessions, as tolerated.

FAQs

What makes EBO2 different from standard ozone therapy?

Standard ozone IV approaches treat a relatively small fraction of circulating blood using ozone alone. EBO2 processes a much larger volume and adds an external filtration step that physically removes toxins and debris, plus multi-wavelength UV light. Volume, filtration, and light therapy together make it a qualitatively different intervention.

Yes. Because every patient’s health history and physiology are different, individualized assessment is essential before beginning therapy. We do not offer EBO2 without first reviewing your case with a physician.

Candidacy depends on your health history, current medications, and specific conditions. Contraindications are reviewed during your consultation, and a thorough assessment is completed to confirm the therapy is appropriate for your individual situation before treatment begins.

EBO2 therapy is currently self-pay. Some services at Gandhi Health & Wellness may be HSA/FSA-eligible. Pricing is outlined transparently at the time of consultation. Please contact us with any specific questions.
